MW Select Showcase

Our 5th Annual Midwest Select Showcase is our 4th tournament of our 2027 Spring & Summer Series which is on Saturday, May 8th & Sunday, May 9th, 2027, in the Milwaukee Suburbs (location to be announced by 8/31/2026). This event is for 9u – 17u boys & girls teams and typically hosts 90+ teams from IA, IL, IN, MN & WI each year. The tournament entry fee is $450 for 4-6 games, we offer Division 1 – Competitive & Division 2 – Developing.

Why Evolution Basketball?

Evolution was created for coaches, by coaches, providing the experience that players, coaches and fans deserve!

• NEW The Coaches Guarantee: In the event that we can’t field enough teams for a specific age & skill level division (for example a 14u Division 2). We will seek the Head Coach’s approval to move them up to 14u Division 1 or down to 13u Division 1, if those two options are not satisfactory the Head Coach can decide on either a credit for future events or a full refund! Most importantly we will operate in a manner that would allow time to find another tournament the same weekend should a refund be preferred.

• NEW Ticketing Options: This coming season we have returned to accepting Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Debit and Credit Cards at the gate, so fans have all the options!

• NEW Evo Concessions: Back by popular demand, this season we’re bringing back our expansive concessions! Enjoy the full experience, great basketball, officiating, food, and drinks!

• Collegiate Level Officiating: This has been our focus for ten years, providing the highest level of officiating possible. We pay above market for our officials so that we can offer high school state playoff and college level of officiating. Our officials wear customized Evolution uniforms with a jersey number on their back so coaches can provide feedback via our QR Code survey which is on every scores table. Coaches feedback determines individual official’s level of pay! This helps to ensure we’re offering the most consistent officiating possible for players, coaches, and fans!

• Unique MVP System: We offer an MVP system unique to the industry that rewards excellent individual performances that lead to their team a win. Each game there is an MVP selected, this player has their picture taken and promoted on our social media, and the player on the championship team with the most MVP votes is the tournament MVP and receives a customized tournament MVP trophy.

• Custom Championship Medals & MVP Trophies: Players, Coaches and Parents love our unique MVP platform where each game there is an MVP, these kids are recognized on our social media, and the Divisional MVP receives an MVP trophy and the tournament champions receive custom medals!

• Exposure Opportunities: Each event we will have Indy Sports Films in the building capturing player & teams highlights and we also promote players, teams, and programs on our social media platforms!

• Rules That Protect the Integrity of the Game: Advancing the ball to half court after timeouts, stop clock the last five minutes of any close games, clock also stops last minute of the game after made baskets, and no sudden death overtimes!

• Organized & On Time: We also pride ourselves on being organized before, during, and after our events, we offer on time games with an approachable and visible staff.
