Why I Coach:

The main reason why I coach is to teach kids to play the game of basketball the correct way and become a better person for it.  What I found out over the years is that its a very simple game and as long as you can execute better than the other team you will always have a chance to succeed.  Its the same thing in life that I teach my players, have a plan, hard work and then execute it.
